Getting a Field Spaniel puppy is a long-term commitment that can last anywhere from 10 to 17 years.  Our goal is to place each of our puppies in loving homes that will hopefully last for their lifetime. It's very important to us that the puppy meets your expectations and that you will be able to provide a home that provides for the puppy's energy level and personality.  To help us with this process, please fill out this form so we can get some more information about you.

By accepting this form, Arcadia Field Spaniels does not guarantee you a puppy from one of our future litters, but we will consider you for one of our puppies. Please answer each question completely and honestly.  We understand that this form is not brief, but in the interest of our dogs we want to be as thorough as possible.
